The Onsite HR Infrastructure Review helps identify:

• Where processes may be inconsistent
• What should be addressed first

What Is Included

Pre-Review Questionnaire

A short questionnaire to understand your business, workforce, current HR practices, and areas of concern.

Virtual Kickoff Meeting

A 30-minute meeting to discuss your business and prepare for the onsite review.

Onsite HR Infrastructure Review

Review of current HR practices, documentation processes, records, workflows, supervisor practices, hiring and onboarding processes, and related employee-management systems.

Employee records remain at your business location.

HR Infrastructure Findings & Action Summary

Following completion of the onsite review and receipt of the remaining balance, you receive a written summary identifying findings, priorities, and recommended next steps.

Owner Strategy Session

A one-on-one review of findings and recommendations.

The Owner Strategy Session is scheduled after the remaining balance has been received and the HR Infrastructure Findings & Action Summary is ready for review.

Payment Schedule

50% Deposit — $1,750

Due at purchase to reserve project capacity, begin the engagement, and move forward with the Pre-Review Questionnaire and Virtual Kickoff Meeting.

Remaining Balance — $1,750

Invoiced after completion of the onsite review and due before delivery of the HR Infrastructure Findings & Action Summary and Owner Strategy Session.

The deposit is paid through the secure website checkout. The remaining balance is invoiced separately.

Additional services are separately scoped and priced.

Standard pricing applies to one business location with up to 30 active employees. Multiple locations, decentralized records, multi-state operations, or complex HR environments may require a customized scope and fee.
