I do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in the provision of consulting services, educational programs, professional development workshops, or business operations.

Clients, participants, collaborators, independent contractors, and others interacting through Sherry Pulcher Consulting are likewise expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner consistent with this policy.
Access and accommodations. Sherry Pulcher Consulting seeks to provide reasonable access to its consulting services, workshops, and professional programs. Individuals who require an accommodation or have an accessibility-related request are encouraged to contact me in advance so the request can be reviewed and reasonable arrangements can be considered based on the nature of the service or program.
Respect
Clients, participants, collaborators, and contractors are expected to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
Equal Treatment
Consulting services, workshops, and professional interactions are provided without unlawful discrimination or exclusion.
No Retaliation
Good-faith concerns may be raised without retaliation for reporting conduct believed to be inconsistent with this policy.
Concerns Will Be Taken Seriously
Any client, participant, collaborator, independent contractor, or other individual who believes they have experienced or witnessed treatment contrary to this policy is encouraged to report the concern directly to me at Admin@SherryPulcher.com .
Reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion. Information will be shared only to the extent reasonably necessary to understand, review, or address the concern, or as otherwise required by law.
Appropriate action will be taken when circumstances warrant. Retaliation against any individual who makes a good-faith report, raises a concern, or participates in a review of a reported concern is prohibited.
