Onsite HR Infrastructure Review — Expanded Scope
For Businesses With 31–50 Active Employees
As businesses grow, employee processes that once worked informally can become inconsistent, difficult to manage, and more dependent on the owner.
The Onsite HR Infrastructure Review provides a practical evaluation of your current HR structure, employee-management practices, documentation processes, and workplace systems.
You may not need an HR employee. You may need the right HR structure.
This review helps identify:
- What is currently working
- What may be missing
- Where processes may be inconsistent
- What should be addressed first
What Is Included
Pre-Review Questionnaire
A short questionnaire to understand your business, workforce, current HR practices, and areas of concern.
Virtual Kickoff Meeting
A 30-minute meeting to discuss your business, current employee-management practices, and preparation for the onsite review.
Onsite HR Infrastructure Review
An onsite review of your current HR practices, documentation processes, records, workflows, supervisor practices, hiring and onboarding processes, and related employee-management systems.
Employee records remain at your business location.
The expanded scope allows additional review time for businesses with a larger workforce and more complex employee-management needs.

Super glad we used Sherry Pulcher HR Consulting for our HR infrastructure review. They were professional, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. Instead, they helped us pinpoint exactly what was missing, and we paid for the customized services we actually needed right after the review. It’s a huge relief knowing our compliance is exactly where it needs to be now.
