What Is Included

Pre-Review Questionnaire

A short questionnaire to understand your business structure, workforce, current HR practices, and areas requiring attention.

Virtual Kickoff Meeting

A 30-minute meeting to discuss your business operations, current employee-management processes, and preparation for the onsite review.

Onsite HR Infrastructure Review

An onsite review of your HR practices, employee documentation, records, workflows, supervisor practices, hiring and onboarding processes, policies, and employee-management systems.

Employee records remain at your business location.

The comprehensive scope provides additional review time for businesses with larger teams, more supervisors, and more complex employee-management processes.

HR Infrastructure Findings & Action Summary

Following completion of the onsite review and receipt of the remaining balance, you receive a written summary identifying:

• Current practices reviewed
• Identified gaps or inconsistencies
• Priority areas requiring attention
• Recommended next steps

Owner Strategy Session

A one-on-one meeting to discuss the findings, priorities, and recommendations for strengthening your HR infrastructure.

The Owner Strategy Session is scheduled after the remaining balance has been received and the HR Infrastructure Findings & Action Summary is ready for review.

50% Deposit — $3,000

Due at purchase to reserve project capacity, begin the engagement, and move forward with the Pre-Review Questionnaire and Virtual Kickoff Meeting.

Remaining Balance — $3,000

Invoiced after completion of the onsite review and due before delivery of the HR Infrastructure Findings & Action Summary and Owner Strategy Session.

The deposit is paid through the secure website checkout. The remaining balance is invoiced separately.
