Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and, where applicable, purchases and transactions made through or in connection with this website.
Last Updated: August 13, 2026Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing or using this website, submitting an order, making a purchase, or affirmatively accepting these Terms where requested, you agree to these Terms.
A separate proposal, statement of work, engagement agreement, order confirmation, or other written agreement may apply to a particular transaction. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement will control with respect to that transaction.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to this website and to transactions involving products, services, programs, materials, resources, or other offerings made available through or in connection with this website.
Offerings, pricing, availability, and delivery methods may change from time to time. The existence of information on this website does not guarantee that a particular offering will remain available.
Binding Agreement
By using this website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms. When a checkout page, registration form, order form, or other transaction process asks you to accept these Terms, your affirmative acceptance forms part of the agreement governing that transaction.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website to make a purchase or submit a transaction.
Electronic Records & Communications
By using this website or communicating electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically, including by email and through website-based systems.
You agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, confirmations, and other communications may satisfy applicable requirements that such communications be provided in writing, subject to applicable law.
Information You Provide
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us, making a purchase, creating an account, completing a form, or otherwise using this website.
You are also responsible for keeping your contact and billing information current when it is relevant to an active transaction or engagement.
Ownership & Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, the website and the text, graphics, branding, designs, materials, downloads, resources, training materials, and other content made available through it are owned by or licensed to the website owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use materials only for the personal or internal business purpose for which they were provided. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Third-Party Websites & Services
This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, or other services. Those third parties operate under their own terms, policies, and practices.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, or performance of third-party websites or services.
Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overburden, interfere with, or impair the website or another person’s use of it.
You may not use automated systems to collect website content or data except as permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization. You may not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent access controls, or use the website for fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Purchases & Transaction Terms
By submitting a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information submitted is accurate.
A purchase may also be subject to additional terms displayed on the applicable product page, checkout page, registration page, proposal, order confirmation, or written agreement.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or correct a transaction where there is a pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud, duplicate transaction, availability issue, or other legitimate business reason. If payment has been collected for a transaction that we cancel before work or delivery begins, the amount collected for that cancelled transaction will be returned as appropriate.
Billing Entity & Payment Processing
All payments, invoices, and card transactions for purchases made through or in connection with this website are processed through The Lady’z Lounge, LLC.
Charges on your bank or credit card statement may appear as The Lady’z Lounge.
You agree to pay the price, fees, taxes, and other amounts disclosed to you at the time of purchase or in an applicable written agreement.
Fees, Pricing & Changes
Prices may be changed at any time before a purchase is completed. A later price change will not alter the price of a transaction that has already been confirmed, unless you and the business agree in writing to a change in scope, quantity, or other material terms.
Additional work or changes outside an agreed scope may require additional fees or a separate written agreement.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, project delays, and related purchase matters are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of purchase, together with any applicable written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable once they become non-refundable under the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy or written agreement.
Scheduled Meetings & Client Availability
Where a transaction involves scheduled meetings, appointments, or other reserved time, you are responsible for attending at the confirmed time and providing any required information in a timely manner.
Rescheduling requirements, late-cancellation fees, and no-show provisions are stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or in the applicable written agreement.
Missing a scheduled meeting does not automatically terminate a larger engagement unless the applicable written agreement states otherwise.
Cooperation, Information & Access
You are responsible for providing information, documentation, decisions, access, approvals, or availability reasonably necessary for work connected to your transaction.
Delays or incomplete information may affect timelines, scheduling, recommendations, deliverables, or the ability to complete work. Client-caused delays do not automatically create a right to a refund.
You remain responsible for your own business decisions and for deciding whether and how to implement information, recommendations, materials, or deliverables provided to you.
Information Submitted Through the Website
Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email unless you are specifically instructed to use an approved secure method.
Where confidential information is necessary for an engagement, follow the document-sharing or communication process provided for that engagement.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, mental health, or other licensed professional advice unless expressly provided by a properly licensed professional acting within the scope of that license.

No Guarantee of Results
Business, workforce, operational, financial, legal, regulatory, and other outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Testimonials, examples, prior results, recommendations, projections, or descriptions of possible outcomes do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or any particular result.
Website Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from inaccuracies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the website owner nor the billing entity will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising solely from use of this website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability arising from a paid transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise or applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the website owner and billing entity from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, misuse of materials provided through the website, or material breach of these Terms.
Suspension or Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access to this website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, prevent misuse, respond to a violation of these Terms, comply with law, or address security or operational concerns.
Termination of website access does not eliminate payment obligations or other obligations that arose before termination.
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Except for payment obligations, a delay or failure to perform will not constitute a breach to the extent it results from circumstances beyond the affected party’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, utility or internet failures, government actions, labor disruptions, public emergencies, illness, or other comparable events.
Privacy, Cookies & Accessibility
Information collected through this website is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy . Cookie and consent preferences may also be managed through the website’s consent tools where available.

Assignment, Waiver, Severability & Entire Agreement
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under a transaction without prior written consent where the nature of the transaction reasonably requires personal performance or reliance on the original contracting party.
Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the policies incorporated by reference, and any applicable written transaction or engagement agreement constitute the agreement governing the relevant website use or transaction.
Applicable Law
These Terms will be interpreted under applicable law. Any dispute will be brought in a court or other forum having proper jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute, unless an applicable written agreement provides a different lawful dispute-resolution process.
A separate written agreement may contain more specific governing law, venue, mediation, arbitration, or dispute-resolution terms. Where applicable, those specific terms will control for that transaction.
Updates
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the most recent version.
Changes apply prospectively after they are posted, except where a different effective date is stated or applicable law requires otherwise. A change to these website Terms does not retroactively alter a separate signed agreement unless that agreement permits the change.
